For our first post back from covering the Oscar red carpet, let’s talk about a celeb whose dress at the Academy Awards was one of my favorites – Nicole Richie. Her Reem Acra gown was perhaps the most unexpectedly awesome outfit of the entire red carpet, and she really chose something that stood out and fit her personal style to a T. Who would have thought back during her days on The Simple Life that she would grow up to be such a fashionphile?

I certainly wouldn’t have guessed it, but I’m happy that she made it to the other side. She seems to have a confident sense of what she likes and what she doesn’t, and she definitely loves the Balenciaga City Bag that we see her carrying around quite a bit. In fact, she seems to like Balenciaga bags as a whole, and that’s a style statement with which I’ll never argue. I hope we get to see her on more serious red carpets in the future, but for now, these pics of her day-to-day style will have to do.

Perhaps Nicole has a lot of  Christmas shopping to do that’s why she opted for this bag to carry her stuff. We’re not sure with that anyway, but good thing it kind of looks great with her rather petite body. She also looks wintry in this outfit, but I don’t think a lot would agree with that furry vest. Anyway, the Balenciaga bags is, without a doubt, a great option for such a casual ensemble. It definitely makes a lot of statement and I just couldn’t ask for more about it.

It is fresh in white shade, though its designs including the studs and tassels are a classic for Balenciaga. This bag is surely an ideal choice for those who want to be in-style while carrying lot.

But though this Balenciaga Giant Work Bag looks perfect, this definitely has a tag price that isn’t perfect for those who are in a budget.

The Balenciaga handbags looks like a rug turned into a bag. You cannot deny that this holds a spring-themed look, which supposed to make it trendy, but ironically, this doesn’t make it stylish at all. Rather, it still looks rugged, so don’t be surprised if a person places it as a doormat and steps onto it.

It is of multicolored lambskin with your choice of either beige or navy trims. It is accented with aged brass hardware and with a zipped pocket across the center front. Its zipper pull, including that of the main compartment’s zipper pull, is designed with a tassel, making it look more rugged even if it tries to be trendy.

The balenciaga bags comes with a leather framed hand-mirror to check whether you still look good or need some retouching while on the go. It also has a black textile lining with additional zipped pocket on the inside. This can be handheld through its stitched top handles or can be wrapped around your body through the removable shoulder strap.

Its tag price is as well surprising at $1,829, which then really makes me hate it. It would have been better if the design is subtle or perhaps if the woven style is in a different kind of shape and design, and of course, if it is priced at a low cost.
